178mm (7in) usuba. Single bevel, hand forged from 52100 high carbon steel. Oval ebony handle capped with maple.

*please note, this knife is going to be slightly heavier than your traditional Usuba, closer to a Nakiri but it’s size and single bevel place it in the Usuba family.
