Chefs knife 165mm (6.5in) double bevel hand forged blade made from 52100 high carbon steel. Hand shaped oval handle made of clear maple capped with ebony and pinned with brass. Blade is stone sharpened. This is the only knife in my lineup with a belly in the blade similar to a western chef knife.
